Canada is a federal parliamentary and constitutional monarchy in North America. Canada is the world's second-largest country by total area, and its common border with the United States is the world's longest land border shared by the same two countries. It is a member of NATO and the Commonwealth of Nations.
During the events of World in Conflict, it was invaded by the Soviet Union along with the United States. The Soviet forces attacked Canada through British Columbia and successfully occupied a small part of the border and fighting against the Canadian forces as seen on the map. It is mentioned that the USS Missouri was sunk in a naval battle of the coast of British Columbia, it was likely fighting along side the Royal Canadian Navy. According to Soviet propaganda reports, the Soviet Armed Forces apparently "liberated" up to the western part of Ontario, although in reality they are confined to Washington State and British Columbia's Vancouver Island.
