Martha Thompson is the mother of Michael Thompson.

Biography

Little is known about her past. Martha was trapped in Seattle after the Soviets invaded the city in the fall of 1989. For several months, she lived under the Soviet occupation, witnessing suppression and innocent civilians getting shot for not following curfew.

After the 5th Battalion breached the Soviet defense in Clearwater Creek, Martha received a phonecall from her son, Michael, who was trying to tell her to leave Seattle as it would be nuked if they fail to retake it in time. Though she was unable to listen to her son's message about the nuke due to weak communication, she assured Michael that his battalion will succeed in retaking the city.
