The National Training Center is a US military academy that trains new recruits and volunteers how to fight on their own in battle. It is located in the Nevada desert. There are two groups to "fight" each other: Visiting Forces and the Opposing Forces in a mock battle.

During World War III, volunteers and conscripted were assigned there to finish their training after their study in West Point. After their training, they would be assigned to US units to join the battle against the Soviets.

Their head-in-charge is Master Sergeant Watson.

Parker is known to be the best US officer in the 5th Battalion thanks to his master sergeant who taught him well. His training has paid off winning him battles for the US military.
